I'm joining 14 other women who like to craft (in whatever form) and retreat. Some of us may lean toward one more than the other. ;) I plan to sew, play with my Silhouette, organize coupons, read, organize--and maybe even use--the digital scrapbooking files on my laptop, and probably take a nap or two. And chat. And eat. We even have a designated cook! (Which is why I'm also bringing my running shoes!)
I'll definitely be sitting on one of those decks in the morning, wrapped in a blanket and reading my Bible while sipping a hot cup of coffee. Ahhh...
I have actually never even met 12 of the women who will be there, and one of the remaining two I've only met. But isn't there such a camaraderie among women who enjoy being creative?
Oh, did I mention it's four days long? Four days! Pinch me. And then high-five my wonderful hubby who willingly funded the registration and took two days off of work so that I could go. He rocks.
I might even return with some brand new things for my shop!
