One Thousand Gifts
big boys off to camp and back again, full of smiles and stories of mud pits, airsoft guns, new friends, serving others, and favorite worship songs
rediscovering The (much-improved) Grocery Outlet and how it benefits our budget
Sweet Chili brown rice crisps dipped in hummus
two friends who run with me on different days and keep me motivated and accountable
school mapped out for the year, copies made and filed by week, books waiting to be opened, reminders in Google calendar to reserve others at the library... plans on paper allowing room for flexibility without chaos
brand new sharpened pencils, full of potential
having one of those talks that could be difficult and contentious but isn't, because we're not the same two people we once were
frozen yogurt after church and how the littlest one who has the littlest amount wants to give everyone a taste
seeing my husband choose each day--multiple times a day--to trust God in a difficult situation
witnessing how it's transforming him
